Molly Claassen is currently the Assistant Professor of Directing at Columbus State University. She has an MFA in directing from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a BA in theatre and teaching certification from Baldwin-Wallace University. She is a member of Actor's Equity Association, an associate member of Directors and Choreographers Society, recipient of the Fredric March Award for Excellence in Professional Theatre in 2010 and 2011, recipient of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival Meritorious Achievement Award for Excellence in Directing of "The Wedding Singer," "The Rocky Horror Show," and "The Children's Hour."
