The In Search of Character and Finding Self workshop introduces Drama-for-Life and how the process of creating a character for the stage can also help create a stronger, happier self in life. The hands-on event looks at the actor’s approach (and what the brain is doing) when bringing a character to life. The seminar will offer tips on how to remain sane, healthy and productive in a business that can encourage the abuse of self.
